Brand Marketing Manager

Agent Image is seeking a strategic, highly organized, and brand-savvy Brand Marketing Director to lead the planning, execution, and refinement of marketing initiatives across three brands: Agent Image, Redux Labs, and Access.

This role is responsible for strengthening brand presence, improving consistency across channels, supporting demand generation, and driving marketing programs that align with company growth goals. While Agent Image will be the primary focus, this position will also oversee the marketing direction, campaign execution, and day-to-day brand management for Redux Labs and Access, ensuring each brand is positioned clearly and marketed effectively according to its audience and business objectives.

The ideal candidate is both a strong strategist and an excellent operator—someone who can manage multiple brands, prioritize effectively, and collaborate across creative, content, sales, partnerships, and leadership teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of brand marketing strategy across Agent Image, Redux Labs, and Access

Ensure each brand maintains a clear identity, consistent messaging, and strong visual and verbal alignment across all marketing channels

Manage brand architecture and help differentiate the positioning of each company in the market

Oversee campaign planning and execution across digital, social, email, web, events, partnerships, and sales enablement initiatives

Build and maintain marketing calendars across all three brands, balancing priorities, deadlines, and resource allocation

Partner with leadership to translate business goals into targeted marketing initiatives that support awareness, lead generation, retention, and growth

Work closely with creative, content, Search Engine Optimization, web, and sales teams to develop on-brand, conversion-focused marketing assets and campaigns

Support product, sales, and partnership marketing with positioning, messaging, presentations, collateral, launch support, and promotional materials

Review and approve marketing materials to ensure quality, consistency, and strategic alignment

Analyze campaign and channel performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide reporting and insights to leadership

Help establish scalable processes for managing marketing requests, campaign production, approvals, and brand governance across multiple business lines

Mentor and help manage marketing contributors or offshore team members when applicable

	<li>Demonstrate expertise in fitting denim garments for both men and women, ensuring comfort, style, and functionality.</li>

	<li>Apply specialized knowledge in denim design, including washes and treatments, to enhance garment aesthetics and durability.</li>

Fashion Designer

Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and innovative Fashion Designer to join our creative team. As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across multiple platforms and mediums. Your role will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life, from initial sketches to final designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating user-centric, aesthetically pleasing solutions.

	<li>Produce digital illustrations for finalizing collections, presenting styling concepts, and collaborating with the Sample Dept., MPCD, Visual, and Export Departments.</li>
	<li>Efficiently create Technical Packs, ensuring smooth progression in collection development.</li>
</ul>

	<li>Fabric Print Artwork/Graphics/Embellishments:</li>
</ol>

<ul>
	<li>Work with graphic artists to develop seasonally themed prints, graphics, and embellishments.</li>
	<li>Ensure that colors and techniques align with the cultural theme, while coordinating with the team for approval from the Creative Director.</li>
	<li>Complete copyright forms to verify the originality of all artworks, avoiding legal issues.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with R&amp;D and Artists on lab dips and strike-offs to ensure color matching and consistency.</li>
</ul>

	<li>Initial Techpacks:</li>
</ol>

	<li>Assist in preparing technical packs, outlining specifications and construction guidelines.</li>
	<li>Work with pattern makers on styles requiring draping or mock-ups, ensuring the Sample Dept. understands the garment construction.</li>
	<li>Complete all details to ensure smooth proto-sampling.</li>

	<li>Fittings:</li>
</ol>

	<li>Collaborate effectively with fitters and pattern makers during fittings.</li>
	<li>Provide constructive feedback to streamline the fitting process, reducing the need for revisions and ensuring efficient protosample production.</li>

	<li>Forms/Email/Meetings:</li>

	<li>Assist with crucial forms such as the AAG (At a Glance), copyright forms, and FCS meetings.</li>
	<li>Contribute to the creation and distribution of AAG forms, including digital drawings and style details for all departments.</li>
	<li>Participate in FCS meetings to discuss styles, fabric, construction, embellishments, and cost-saving strategies.</li>

What you’ll do:

 

As a Senior Designer for the Agent Image Brand Marketing Team, you are expected to:

Focus on projects including but not limited to brand assets, company websites, landing pages, print advertising, sales presentations, event collateral, email marketing campaigns, and social media creatives — ensuring that all designs produced are of top quality and meet Agent Image Design Standards.

Work independently and collaboratively with the Brand Marketing team for creative and innovative ideas that will promote our brands and the overall reception and experience of our clients.

Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud software and know a great deal of the tools that the software provides, to create, edit, and compose your design concepts/comps.

Have good background knowledge of digital marketing, website structure, and visual hierarchy, keeping in mind how your designs can be translated into full, working, viewable media

Know a great deal of photo editing and manipulation techniques in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Lightroom

Expertise in branding, logo creation, design systems, and development of themes/templates

Be able to articulate concepts and projects internally through brainstorming, alignment and presentation meetings

Keep abreast of the latest trends, tips, and tricks in design, marketing and AI-assisted technology

Be collaborative with your co-designers and to share resources that may benefit the team as a whole
