Position Summary

The Technical Director (Video Production) will lead CHiNOY TV’s technical and post-production operations, ensuring high-quality output across all content platforms.

This role combines hands-on video editing and shooting with technical oversight, including equipment management, workflow optimization, and team supervision.

The ideal candidate is both a strong editor and a technical problem-solver, capable of elevating production standards while ensuring efficient and scalable operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Operations &amp; Systems Management

<ul>
	<li>Oversee and manage all technical operations, including equipment, editing machines, storage systems, and software</li>
	<li>Ensure all tools and systems are optimized, maintained, and up to date</li>
	<li>Troubleshoot technical issues related to editing, storage, and production workflows</li>
	<li>Recommend upgrades in equipment, software, and technical processes</li>
</ul>

 

2. Post-Production Leadership

<ul>
	<li>Serve as Lead / Master Editor for CHiNOY TV projects</li>
	<li>Ensure all outputs meet broadcast and digital quality standards</li>
	<li>Review final outputs and check for technical issues (drop frames, audio levels, visual errors, etc.)</li>
	<li>Oversee the entire editing pipeline from ingestion to final output</li>

3. Video Editing &amp; Content Execution

	<li>Edit stories, feature segments, documentaries, and event content</li>
	<li>Perform audio leveling, color correction, and basic motion graphics</li>
	<li>Ensure narrative flow, pacing, and overall storytelling quality</li>
	<li>Deliver outputs in a timely and efficient manner</li>

4. Shooting &amp; Production Support

	<li>Shoot video content for CHiNOY TV and its projects</li>
	<li>Set up and operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment</li>
	<li>Assist in pre-production preparation (gear, setups, technical planning)</li>

5. Team Leadership &amp; Workflow Management

	<li>Lead and mentor editors, videographers, and GFX artists</li>
	<li>Ensure proper task distribution and team efficiency</li>

6. File Management &amp; Archiving Systems

Job Summary

The Senior Graphic Design Officer is responsible for leading the visual execution of brand, marketing, and e-commerce initiatives across digital and physical touchpoints. This role oversees campaign design from concept to execution, ensures brand consistency, and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, E-commerce, Visual Merchandising, Production, and external suppliers. Key Responsibilities

Campaign &amp; E-commerce Design

	<li>Oversee e-commerce campaign layouts from moodboarding through final execution.</li>
	<li>Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all campaign assets.</li>
	<li>Design and review marketplace wireframes, product postings, newsletters, and other e-commerce materials.</li>
