Prepare receiving, storage, and high-volume dispatch schedules.

Ensure proper warehouse space utilization and storage allocation.

Coordinate closely with Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams.

Maintain accurate inventory monitoring and planning reports.

Ensure implementation of FIFO / FEFO standards.

Recommend process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related.
- At least 1–3 years experience in warehouse operations, inventory planning, or logistics planning.
- Proficient in MS Excel (pivot, reporting, monitoring).
- Experience in WMS / ERP system is an advantage.
- For Bakery: Has experience in supervising 15-30 pax in a multi-shift operations.
- 48 hrs per week, Shifting schedule, Onsite.
- Willing to be assigned in our Head Office at San Martin de Porres, Paranaque City.
