- To do fieldworks specifically saturations of feasible location and client meetings.
- To support management to meet their target store openings for the year.
- Assist the BD Officer to conduct marketing/location studies.
- Execute the acquisition of locations through email, phone and walk-in inquiry.
- To ensure that business development documents are well organized and easily auditable.
- Maintain Business Contact lists
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in: business, finance, economics, or related field
- At least 1 year (s) 1 experience in related field. Sales Background is a plus but not required
- The ability to travel as needed.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google suite and other relevant platforms for presentation and reporting
