- Plan, create, and publish high-quality content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn).
- Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with brand strategy, campaign timelines, and organizational goals.
- Turn data into insight—analyze platform analytics to test content formats, messaging, and posting strategies to improve engagement and reach.
- Spot breakout opportunities by identifying trending topics, viral challenges, and cultural moments where content can maximize visibility and community impact.
- Be our performance pulse—produce regular reports that translate social metrics into clear insights for fast, evidence-based creative and budget decisions.
- Engage with the online community: respond to comments, manage inquiries, and strengthen audience relationships.
- Collaborate with creatives, marketing, and product teams to develop high-performing content strategies.
- Optimize content for each platform, ensuring proper formatting, timing, hashtags, and storytelling styles.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 2 years experience managing and growing social media accounts for brands, businesses, or organizations.
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, best practices, and audience behavior across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Skilled in content creation (copywriting, basic design, short-form video conceptualization).
- Ability to analyze performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, retention, impressions, CPM, CTR) and take action on insights.
- Proven ability to identify trends, viral content patterns, and cultural moments relevant to brand communication.
- Experience coordinating content shoots, creators, and production teams is a plus.
- Strong communication and community management skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
