- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, Email/Discovery), and TikTok Ads.
- Plan, launch, and scale performance-driven campaigns for both e-commerce and lead generation, including CPAS campaigns.
- Turn data into insight—use analytics to test creative, targeting, and messaging, constantly learning and iterating to improve ROI and impact.
- Spot breakout opportunities by identifying trending campaigns, viral stories, and cultural moments where ads can supercharge reach and donations.
- Be our performance pulse—build regular reports that translate ad data into clear insights for fast, evidence-based creative and budget decisions.
- Analyze campaign performance daily and adjust bids, audiences, and creatives to hit KPI targets.
- Track and interpret key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CVR, MER, etc.) for data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to improve ad performance and funnel efficiency.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 2–3 years hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, Email/Discovery), and TikTok Ads.
- Proven success running and scaling both e-commerce and lead generation campaigns—including CPAS.
- Strong analytics mindset; highly proficient in reading dashboards, ad managers, and third-party tracking tools.
- Deep understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CVR, MER, etc.) and how to optimize based on them.
- Demonstrated ability to test and iterate on creatives, targeting, and messaging using data-driven insights.
- Ability to spot trends, cultural moments, and high-impact opportunities relevant to paid media strategy.
- Excellent skills in building clear, actionable performance reports for stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with marketing, creative, and product teams.
