IT Business Analyst (INA)  

• Gather and document business and system requirements.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Coordinate with IT teams during system design, development, and testing.
• Create and execute test scenarios and support UAT.
• Perform data analysis and provide insights for decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain (mandatory).
• Good understanding of life or health insurance business processes.
• Experience in business process mapping, automation, and data analysis.
• Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear specifications.
• Skilled in designing and developing test scenarios and test cases.
• Familiar with SDLC and full software development lifecycle.
• Proficient in SQL (DML commands).
  Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Salesforce platform (certifications or project exposure).
• Familiarity with AS400/LifeAsia insurance systems and product setup.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
