Digital Ads Specialist  

• Manage, optimize, and oversee paid ads and campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Develop and launch strategic marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and ensure cost-effective lead acquisition
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments for maximum effectiveness
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, target audiences, and competitor strategies
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and marketing materials
• Plan and execute initiatives such as promotions, brand activations, and other marketing efforts
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for paid ads and marketing campaigns
• Lead creative brainstorming sessions and maintain fresh, cohesive, and compelling ads and campaigns
• Help ensure KPI achievement and department success

• Expertise in ideation and execution of running effective campaigns and ads
• At least 2-3 years experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation
• Understanding of SEO, marketing metrics, and data analysis
• Ability to think creatively and generate unique marketing ideas
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and advertising tools
• Motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment
