- Evaluate existing business processes and workflows and identify areas for improvement
- Assist in ongoing reviews of business processes and requirements analysis with critical stakeholders
- Develop and implement solutions or optimization strategies across different business units and processes
- Produce reports to document key insights and finalize process status and changes
- Continuously evaluate, update, and track metrics to monitor compliance and ensuring solutions or initiatives effectively meet business needs
- Present and make recommendations to cross-functional teams and upper management
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables including project plans, ad hoc analyses and reports, and other requirements that may arise
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to explain difficult concepts to a layperson
- Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive despite working with competing priorities
- Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
- Experience in process improvement
- Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
- Strategic thinker with an ability to see the big picture and act as a change agent
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
