We are looking for a GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to manage, optimize, and maintain our GoHighLevel ecosystem. This role will support our marketing operations by ensuring that automations, integrations, funnels, and CRM systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working behind the scenes to build efficient systems. You will be responsible for creating workflows, maintaining funnels, managing integrations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from lead generation to conversion.
You do not need to be a full-stack developer, but you should be comfortable navigating GoHighLevel’s backend, managing API integrations, and building logic-based automations.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain GoHighLevel agency and sub-accounts
- Build, manage, and optimize workflows and automation sequences
- Create automated SMS, email, and follow-up campaigns
- Manage integrations using automation and API-based tools
- Configure email and SMS systems such as Twilio, LeadConnector, Mailgun, and SendGrid
- Handle domain setup including CNAME, A-records, MX records, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
- Build and maintain landing pages, websites, and sales funnels
- Manage calendars, appointment bookings, and lead pipelines
- Troubleshoot automation issues, broken triggers, and system errors
- Monitor tracking tools such as Facebook Pixel and Google Tag Manager
- Integrate payment platforms such as Stripe and PayPal
- Create documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure compliance with SMS and email marketing regulations (such as A2P registration and CAN-SPAM guidelines)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- GoHighLevel Certification (Admin or Foundations preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in automation, CRM management, or marketing systems
- At least 1–2 years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience
- Strong knowledge of automation workflows and system integrations
- Experience working with automation and integration tools
- Knowledge of email deliverability and domain management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
