- Plan and oversee daily delivery schedules based on confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with Inventory staff to ensure correct items are picked, packed, and ready for dispatch.
- Liaise with courier partners for bookings, pickups, urgent requests, and special deliveries.
- Monitor deliveries, resolve delays, and maintain strong relationships with courier service providers.
- Guide and support logistics operations, identifying process improvements to save time and costs.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, courier receipts, and related documentation.
- Prepare regular reports on delivery performance and costs for the Operations Manager.
- Ensure dispatch areas are clean, safe, and efficient.
- Occasionally perform physical deliveries or pick-ups when required.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
- At least 2–3 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or related roles (retail or e-commerce experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with courier systems, tracking tools, and basic inventory procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Physically fit to handle occasional lifting and stock handling.
- Ability to drive motorcycles and four-wheeled vehicles (license required).
