- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion of works
- Prepare project plans, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility
- Prepare and evaluate project estimates, quantity takeoffs, and bills of materials (BOMs)
- Oversee and coordinate site engineers and site administrative staff
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to align project timelines and deliverables
- Monitor project progress, track accomplishments, and prepare regular status reports
- Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and compliance with plans and specifications
- Identify potential risks and recommed corrective actions or schedule adjustments
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with safety, quality and company standards
- May be assigned other site-related functions and responsibilities as needed
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related course
- Licensed Engineer is preferred
- 1 to 4 years relevant experience in civil, structural, or constrution projects.
- Experienced and proficient in using CAD and structural design sotfware (e.g, AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro)
- Skilled in structural analysis and computation
- Experienced in project planning, quantity takeoff, cost estimation, and preparation of Bills of Materials (BOMs)
