Team Leader and Production Head  

Join Sunny Foods Inc. and lead our production team in delivering safe, high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production personnel.
• Ensure production targets and schedules are met.
• Implement GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Monitor product quality and production efficiency.
• Coordinate with QA, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Logistics.
• Train, coach, and evaluate production staff.
• Enforce SOPs, workplace safety, and company policies.
• Prepare production reports and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or a related field.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in food manufacturing.

• Supervisory or Team Leader experience is preferred.

• Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and Quality Standards.

• HACCP/GMP/Food Safety training is an advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.
