- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and job requirements.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Source and screen candidates through online platforms, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct and schedule HR and User interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the offering process, including salary negotiation and offer letter preparation.
- Monitor recruitment progress and ensure vacancies are filled within the agreed timeline.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics for management.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min Bachelor Degree in Psychology with 3.0 GPA.
- 2-3 years experience as Recruitment Specialist in manufacture or beauty industry.
- Able to conduct and familiar with psychological tools (instruction, scoring, interpret).
- Have experience in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other job portal.
- Familiar with recruitment trends.
- Fluent in English a value plus.
- Excellent in personal and communication skills.
- Familiar with MS. Excel report.
