- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web, mobile, and API applications.
- Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to define test scenarios and test cases based on acceptance criteria and the Definition of Done (DoD).
- Perform functional, integration, regression, system, smoke, and sanity testing.
- Execute manual testing and support automation testing activities.
- Perform API testing to validate application functionality and data integrity.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects until resolution.
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Scrum teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing before production releases.
- Execute SQL queries to validate application data and database consistency.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
- Prepare testing documentation, including test cases, execution reports, and defect reports.
- Ensure software quality standards are maintained throughout the development lifecycle.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Software Tester, Quality Assurance Engineer, or similar role.
- Experience in Web, Mobile, and API Testing, including both manual and automation testing.
- Experience analyzing user stories and translating them into effective test scenarios and test cases that satisfy acceptance criteria and the Definition of Done (DoD).
- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software
- Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Familiarity with Agile Development methodologies, preferably Agile Scrum.
- Good understanding of Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and CI/CD concepts.
- Experience working with SQL, Oracle, MySQL, or other relational databases. Solid understanding of SQL queries and database validation.
- Familiarity with Git or SVN for version control.
- Comfortable working in Linux or Unix environments.
- Ability to read and interpret business requirements and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Self-motivated with strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Familiarity with standard software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Basic programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Experience with API Testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI, Swagger).
- Experience with Performance Testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Experience with automation testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or Katalon.
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum practices and participation in Scrum ceremonies.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing is an advantage.
