Position / Role Summary
The primary role of the Executive Assistant to the Directors is to give administrative and secretarial assistance and have overall responsibility for administrative activities as they relate to the smooth and efficient transactions with other business leaders and support teams. This role will require a high level of expertise in word processing, spreadsheets, and other software and administrative tools to perform the function using M365, Google suite applications and other PwC applications.
Reporting
This position will report to minimum (3) Associate Director/Directors as a shared resource.

Key Responsibilities
- Exude confidence in dealing with C-level executives and has a mature understanding of the nature of EA work.
- Managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the assigned Directors – coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments, prepare reports and presentations, monitor and file expense reimbursements
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Drive process improvement and take part in project management initiatives
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills to effectively execute tasks, navigate through complex situations and manage work demand
- Arranging travel and guest arrangements
- Liaising with third party providers. ie. hotels, restaurants, telco vendors
- Maintaining a good relationship with internal and external clients and vendors, and providing quality customer service, in a professional manner
- Managing company activities such as busy season treats, summer outing, corporate functions, and others and resolve potential issues and conflicts
- Ensure client and visitor experience in coordination with Events and Concierge team
- Lead special projects that will be assigned by Assurance management team
- Take initiative, actively demonstrate proactive behaviours and take ownership of your own growth and development.
- Embrace change and be agile, flexible, adaptable and resilient.
- Contribute to a strong learning environment through proactive leadership in technical training and coaching
- Provide guidance to other executive assistants
- Carrying out other duties as assigned by the Management team
Kualifikasi Minimum
Educational Background
- College degree or similar in administrative related disciplines
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years Executive Assistant/Executive Support experience for senior leadership preferably in a professional services, or corporate industry
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Good in written and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications – Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Proficient in Google and M365 applications
- Project Management skills would be an advantage

- Ability to understand complex business scenarios and offer effective solutions, including negotiation
- Be able to demonstrate resilience and manage conflicts positively
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a high pressure deals environment
- Excellent understanding of customer service with a strong sense on client focus
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter who is able to work independently and flexible to work outside office hours, if required
