- Design and produce motion graphics and animated content for digital campaigns, social media, and branded materials.
- Execute visually engaging animations using After Effects and Premiere Pro, incorporating typography, effects, and sound.
- Develop static designs for digital and print: social media assets, ads, presentations, packaging, and internal materials.
- Prepare final production-ready files across digital and print, ensuring high quality, accurate formatting, and correct specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to translate creative briefs into compelling visual output across formats.
- Version and format designs for various screen sizes and platforms, maintaining visual consistency and brand alignment.
- Manage multiple creative projects and deadlines simultaneously with attention to detail and organization.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices in both motion and multimedia design.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 5–7 years of experience in motion design, multimedia design, or a related creative field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of motion design and static design work. (Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.)
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop.
- Proficient in Figma for collaborative design and asset management.
- Strong understanding of design principles: typography, layout, color, animation, and composition.
- Knowledge of print and digital production workflows.
- Experience working in industries like sports, online games, or entertainment is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
- Comfortable working with teams across time zones and adjusting to US-based working hours, when necessary.
- A degree or diploma in Multimedia Arts, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
