- Work closely with stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business requirements related to data warehouse projects. Ensure alignment between business objectives, data needs, and organizational goals.
- Examine existing data sources to assess quality and integration needs. Identify inconsistencies, gaps, and redundancies to support the design of robust data warehouse solutions.
- Collaborate with Data Architects and Engineers to develop comprehensive enterprise data models. Define data structures, relationships, and hierarchies to enable effective data storage and retrieval.
- Map source system data elements to data warehouse structures with clear transformation rules. Ensure data integration processes deliver consistent and accurate results.
- Maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, data dictionaries, and data mappings. Ensure all documentation facilitates understanding and transparency throughout the development cycle.
- Partner with teams to verify data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Confirm that data aligns with business requirements and quality benchmarks.
- Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding. Provide updates, collect feedback, and address concerns throughout project timelines.
- Take on other responsibilities as directed by management, including administrative tasks, project support, backup development roles, and other ad-hoc assignments.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or an equivalent field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques, with experience in data integration and transformation.
- Data Warehouse, Data modelling, TSQL
