- L1 Application Support: Handle installation, troubleshooting, and user authority configuration for various applications, including MS Office Suite, Outlook, Windows, CRM Bitrix, and SAP Business One.
- Reporting & Data Analytics: Create and maintain custom operational reports using Crystal Report.
- Database Management: Execute and optimize SQL queries to retrieve and manage data within relational databases.
- Provide timely technical solutions to end-user issues to minimize operational downtime.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an IT Application Support, IT Functional Support, or IT Support.
- High proficiency in using SQL queries and a strong understanding of relational databases.
- Hands-on experience in building reports with Crystal Report.
- Solid experience in supporting ERP systems (strongly preferred: SAP Business One or MS Dynamics).
- Willing to be placed and work on-site at Kebon Sirih, Jakarta Pusat.
