Key Responsibilities:
- To manage transition of accounting activities from one location to another location – Assess and align the project timeline for each milestone, sit in with processing team and document operational procedure, evaluate and define changes to optimize as-is operational procedure, ensure the transition progress toward the project plan, coordinate and communication with relevant stakeholders to fix the problem.
- To manage new platform implementation co-ordinating with project teams – Evaluate the process in existing platform to assess the requirement for new platform, provide localization requirement for new platform setup, work with process owner to document the to-be process and operational procedure in new platform.
- Response for day to day processing of transactions within defined SOP (standard operating procedures)with a purpose of achieving service delivery goals for the organization and providing first level support for both technical and functional issues
- Provides first level support to team members
- Be Subject Matter Expert and participate in respective functional & system testing’s etc - within the respective process streams.
- Mentors of team members.
- Performed a good collaboration with local team and GSC team
- Ensure period end close of book performed on time with high quality in AR side for specific area
- To closely follow up on emails and other information obtained from colleague to ensure good data quality on process
- Work with auditor and make sure request are managed in time with good quality
- Build up good working relationship with key stakeholders and have deeply understanding for their business needs
- Contribute process improvement idea and drive process improvement
- Team resources management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Solid background in AR including but not limited to Collections/Dunning/Credit management/Payment application/On account monitoring/Coordination to clusters/Coordination Dispute team
- At least 5 years finance process working experience with more than 2 years team management experience
- Quick learner
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Result and quality oriented with high sense of urgency
- Prior experience of working on ERP system would be an added advantage
- Good knowledge of MS office, viz, Word, Excel, etc
- Familiar with MS Outlook & Internet
- Good communication skills – should be able to independently communicate with stakeholders via emails, telephone, etc by English
- Good personal attributes – Matured, confident & a team player
- Ocean+LnS OTC experience would be a plus
