- Providing daily administrative support to the Director.
- Managing incoming emails, including reviewing, routing, and prioritizing.
- Preparing the Director's speeches, including gathering data for exhibitions and reports.
- Assisting in the Director's company events.
- Preparing Director's meetings and taking minutes.
- Arranging the Director's business trips.
- Scheduling meetings and events for the Director.
- Writing and typing routine correspondence.
- Other duties as assigned.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Able to keep company's and director's confidential information discreet
- Fluent in English
- Able to work fast and well under pressure
- Willing to work outside of normal office hours and days
- Good time management skill
- Possesses high integrity, discipline, sense of responsibility, honesty, thoroughness, communication skill, and cheerful disposition

- Available to WFO (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) in Palmerah, Jakarta
