What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute innovative Sales & Marketing strategies to drive growth.
- Own the enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — by creating winning solution sales strategies.
- Leverage CRM tools to manage leads, track customer interactions, and ensure seamless communication.
- Deliver engaging presentations, product demos, and consultative support to prospective clients.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring competitors, market trends, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to guarantee client satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.
- Travel opportunities to meet clients, build relationships, and expand market presence.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of proven success experiense in HRIS/Payroll SaaS sales
- Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in HR and Payroll SaaS
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business trips.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Self‑driven, ambitious, and competitive mindset with a passion for growth.
- Background in IT or HR is a plus advantage.
