- Support the Risk and Sustainability Head for the continuous improvement and implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework based on ISO 31000.
- Provides ancillary support in administering programs and metrics for Company Sustainability Development goals.
- Interact with Department Head, Management, Deputies and Point Persons across the group on risk assessment tasks and reporting and provide support and guidance as necessary.
- Support the Head of implementation of Business Continuity Management (BCMs) in the company, based on ISO 22301: business impact analysis, maintenance of the company and
- department response plans, testing, and training and awareness sessions.
- Help in Managing the data collection process for and reporting of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) relevant data.
- Develop and Implement communication plans to increase risk and control awareness.
- Coordinate risk assessments with Risk Management Committee to identify critical business and compliance risks.
- Provide Research and keep abreast of trends or developments in the field of risk management and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the company’s risk management framework.
- Help the Risk and Sustainability Head by reviewing and help implementing best practices in risk management activities
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Preferably Finance or Economics or related field
- At least 1 Year of Experience or Familiarity with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)
- Have a Good Experience in Handling large sets of data and Flexible in analyzing cases
