Adarna House is in need of a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Officer to oversee the company's day-to-day financial operations and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing daily financial transactions and accounting activities.
- Monitoring budget utilization and preparing budget monitoring reports.
- Preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including quarterly financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Record adjusting journal entries and performing reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
- Preparing and submitting government reportorial requirements, including filings with the BIR, SEC, and LGUs.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Assisting in maintaining accurate financial records and support audit requirements.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy (BSA).
- At least 3 years of experience in general accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, account reconciliations, and accounting processes.
- Experience in preparing government regulatory reports (BIR, SEC, and LGU) is required.
- Experience using NetSuite is an advantage.
- Knowledge of branch accounting is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
