Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate key business operations, including project management, accounts receivable, and client communications. Serve as the “face of the company,” building strong client relationships and representing our brand with professionalism. Manage systems and processes to maintain organization, and lead the onboarding of new clients to ensure a seamless experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivable, including collecting unpaid invoices.
- Respond to client emails, handle phone calls, and address high-level tax questions.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for both the team and clients,
- Conduct new client assessments and maintain organized spreadsheets
- Take detailed meeting notes and ensure accurate documentation.
- Prepare and send engagement letters, proposals, invoices, and completed tax returns, and obtain e-signed tax returns.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
- Flexible and adaptable to frequent changes in a fast-paced business environment.
- Reliable, meets deadlines consistently, and manages multiple priorities effectively.
- Exercises sound judgment — can read between the lines, discern when exceptions should be made for clients, and provide accurate, effective solutions.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience at a tax firm, with solid tax knowledge and the ability to read and interpret mid-level tax returns.
- Skilled in reading basic IRS/FTB notices and guiding clients on appropriate next steps.
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to execute tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, forward-thinking, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable with technology and able to adapt to new tools quickly.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Collaborative team player who is solution-focused and client-centered.
