Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of usmile Philippines’ official Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram pages.
Focus primarily on social media copywriting, including brand posts, product selling-point copy, campaign content, short-form video scripts, and advertising copy.
Develop content topics and publishing plans based on the brand’s positioning, product features, and relevant local trends in the Philippines.
Coordinate with the photographer in producing short-form videos and branded content. When necessary, support content production through occasional on-camera appearances, product demonstrations, voice-over presentations, or lifestyle scenes.
Coordinate the production and publication of photos, videos, and other social media materials, ensuring that all content is consistent with the brand’s tone and identity.
Manage comments and direct messages, respond to customer inquiries promptly, and improve audience engagement.
Monitor platform performance, including reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and content conversion, and provide regular recommendations for improvement.
Support livestream campaigns, influencer collaborations, PR activities, and e-commerce promotions through relevant social media content.

Kualifikasi Minimum

At least 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.
Familiarity with the operation and content formats of Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
Excellent English copywriting skills, with the ability to independently create social media posts, short-form video scripts, and brand promotional copy.
Strong content planning skills and a good understanding of Philippine social media culture, trends, and audience behavior.
Presentable and comfortable on camera, with the ability to support the photographer during content shoots. This is not a livestream host or full-time on-camera role.
Basic knowledge of photography, video editing, Canva, or CapCut is an advantage.
Experience in beauty, personal care, FMCG, e-commerce, or brand-side social media operations is preferred.
Proactive, creative, and organized, with strong communication, execution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
