Senior AI Architect  

• Lead solution architecture for AI accelerators, including reference architectures, integration patterns, security, scalability and operations readiness.
• Translate product concepts into implementable technical specifications, epics and sprint plans.
• Build core platform components hands-on, including APIs, services, SDKs, templates, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Implement Microsoft-centric AI patterns across Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, identity and governance services.
• Work with a team of developers to drive delivery, conduct design and code reviews, and ensure engineering quality.
• Deliver production-ready MVPs within approximately 8 weeks with strong client demo value and differentiation.
• Produce client-facing technical assets including demos, deployment guides and solution briefs.

• 8 to 12+ years of experience in software engineering with recent focus on AI/ML platforms or AI product engineering.
• Proven experience building platform foundations such as APIs, SDKs, developer tooling and reusable frameworks.
• Strong hands-on coding skills in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Strong cloud engineering experience on Microsoft Azure.
• Experience operationalising AI systems including monitoring, cost optimisation and reliability.

Strongly Preferred

• GenAI engineering experience including RAG, agents, prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
• Enterprise integration experience covering identity, security, data governance and API management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Foundry and Fabric, Entra ID, Purview and Power Platform.
