Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom, virtual, or hybrid training on Java and related technologies
- Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, labs, and assessments
- Teach core Java concepts such as OOP, collections, exception handling, and multithreading
- Train learners on advanced topics including Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and microservices
- Provide hands-on coding support, debugging guidance, and best practices
- Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback
- Stay current with Java versions, frameworks, and industry trends
- Support learners in project work, assignments, and interview preparation
Kualifikasi Minimum
Required Skills and Competencies
- Training Specialist, facilitating trainings for Developers
- Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming
- Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful services
- Familiarity with databases (SQL, JDBC, ORM tools)
- Understanding of software development best practices and design patterns
- Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
