Business Analyst  

What we're looking for:

Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify creative solutions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Proficient in business analysis methodologies and tools, such as process mapping, user stories, and requirements gathering

Familiarity with Agile project management practices and the ability to work in an Agile environment

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

What you'll be doing:

Analyse and document business processes, requirements, and pain points to identify opportunities for improvement

Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications

Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather and validate business and technical requirements

Create user stories, process flows, and other artefacts to effectively communicate requirements

Support the implementation of IT solutions by providing guidance and user training

Monitor and report on the performance of implemented solutions, identifying areas for further optimisation

Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on all technology-related matters
