- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of our electrical engineering solutions
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience
- Participate in the development of proposals and tenders, contributing your expertise to win new business
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to the team
- Liaise with the engineering and delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand solutions for customers
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the capacity to think creatively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with industry-standard electrical engineering software and tools
- Passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
