Paper Sheeter Operator  

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Paper Sheeter Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will operate and maintain paper sheeting machines to convert large rolls of paper into accurately cut sheets while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the paper sheeter machine during production.
• Load and position large paper rolls onto the machine.
• Set and adjust machine parameters such as sheet size, cutting length, and speed.
• Inspect finished sheets to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Report machine issues or production concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience operating a paper sheeter machine or similar production equipment.
• TESDA certification or accreditation is an advantage.
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Physically fit and able to handle production work.
• Willing to work shifts or overtime if needed.
