Digital Marketing Associate  

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Manage and update company website and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, company website)
• Create engaging content related to customs brokerage services, logistics updates, and industry insights.
• Optimize website and content using SEO best practices
• Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
• Generate leads and support the sales team through digital channels
• Track and analyze performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion rates)
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely content (e.g., operations, compliance)
• Monitor industry trends, including import/export regulations, to create relevant content
• Maintain email marketing campaigns and client database

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• At least 1-3 years experience in digital marketing or related role
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customs brokerage is an advantage
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media marketing
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, email platforms)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
