- Supervise accounting staff in handling journal entries, billing, collections, and disbursements.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor revenues, expenses, and cost allocations related to shipping, freight, and port charges.
- Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service departments for proper documentation of shipping transactions.
- Assist in audits, budget preparation, and forecasting.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent (CPA preferred but not required).
- At least 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in shipping, logistics, or related industries is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
