- Answer Import and Export inquiries and concerns through text, calls, and email.
- Serve as L1 (Level 1) support for customer concerns and complaints before, during, and after booking.
- Act as the key person for updating daily Arrival Schedules for both Import and Export shipments.
- Create and send Delay Notices for both Import and Export clients when shipment schedules are affected
- Keep data updated on essential tracking systems, including System Activity Tracker, Vessel and Shipment Monitoring and Customer Service Task Management for Export
- Assist in monitoring outstanding Import uncollected demurrage charges and Export account receivables.
- Act as the key person for SPR (Special Pricing Request) for Export Freight Application under the following services:- WM1, CPS, SPS1, and SOC.
- Apply Export Free Time Detention/Demurrage in SNL LTS under the following services:- WM1, CPS, SPS1, and SOC.
- Act as the key person in handling bookings under WM1 Service.
- Coordinate with the Equipment Team to ensure the availability of containers at the depot.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in import/export documentation or logistics.
- Prior experience in a customer service role within a trading, shipping, or freight forwarding company is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
- Able to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Willing to work extended hours or on-call, if necessary, especially during peak shipment periods.
- Can start immediately is a plus.
