Warehouse Control Staff  

Job Description:

• Supervises the receiving, storage, and issuance of steel materials and welding consumables to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Oversees the loading and delivery of finished goods (FG), ensuring correct quantity, quality, and condition upon dispatch
• Maintains accurate inventory records and ensures timely updates in the ERP system
• Conducts regular stock counts and investigates any discrepancies to maintain inventory integrity
• Enforces proper material handling practices, including First In, First Out (FIFO), tagging, safety protocols, and workplace housekeeping
• Coordinates closely with Production, Planning, and QA/QC teams to support operational requirements
• Leads, guides, and develops warehouse personnel to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company policies
• Practices 5S standards in the workplace to promote safety, efficiency, and organization
• Upholds and protects the company’s image, values, and reputation at all times
• Performs other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time

Qualifications:

• Technical Vocational course graduate or college-level
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
• Preferably with experience in a manufacturing environment, with knowledge of steel materials and welding consumables
• Experienced in using ERP systems for inventory and warehouse management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented, computer literate, results-driven, and capable of working with
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities; results-driven, capable of working independently and collaboratively, with high safety awareness
• Amenable to work on-site in 2nd Ave., Bagumbayan, Bicutan, Taguig City
