Software and Application Developer | QSERV ISU  

Primary Duty:

• To explore capabilities of PowerApps /Workflow in automating business processes of Questrionix various line of business.
• Create a comprehensive project plan/blueprint of the applications to be developed.
• Create presentation deck/slides to present proposed project and initiatives to the stakeholders for finalization.
• Explore the capabilities of MS365 applications to build the target applications.
• Execute the development as planned.
• Review and revise the plan as necessary to further improve and optimize the development.

Secondary Duties:

• Tests, troubleshoots/debug and optimizes the applications performance.
• Responds to internal and external requests for technical support.
• Creating a comprehensive documentation of the applications including the as-built documents, User Guides, development notes and other pertinent documentations that may be required for transitioning the application to deployment and roll out.,
• Conducts presentation of the applications that will be developed.
• Monitors and analyzes resources utilization and make recommendation on how the application will be optimized and will be prepared in the future or projected utilization of compute resources.
• Coordinate with ISU on the required IT resources to facilitate the development of the application.
• Provide a weekly report on the progress of the development of the apps.
• Perform backups and restore information or data if necessary.
• Set up user accounts and retrieve information including passwords and account usernames within the created applications

• Bachelor (4-year) degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science and Information Technology.
• Experience in Software and application development.
• Knowledgeable in Windows and Linux environment
• Programming Skills
• Knowledge in Database Management.
• Good presentation Skills
• Good communication Skills both in oral and written communication
