- Provide day-to-day support for internal and external applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Assist in B2B project activities, especially those related to system integration and API-based workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure stable application performance.
- Monitor application health and coordinate escalation when needed.
- Prepare documentation related to incidents, resolutions, and system updates.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Holds a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experienced in application support and B2B project environments, particularly those involving integration and API usage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
