Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to join our team as a Payroll and Timekeeping Support Specialist. In this role, you will support payroll processing, timekeeping management, and financial data accuracy to ensure employees are compensated correctly and on time. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Onboarding and Credentialing, Talent Management, and Project Management.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in payroll, timekeeping, or financial data management, demonstrates strong stakeholder management skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle work order acceptance for onboarded employees
o Perform data entry for rates, sales tax, and related details
o Familiarity with Bullhorn and Fieldglass is a plus
- Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to efficiently resolve employee issues and concerns
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial reports for employees of assigned clients
- Respond to employee requests received via tickets or email and manage Outlook mailboxes
- Utilize various client tools supporting onboarding and screening requirements
- Input and maintain accurate employee data including background information, pay, bonuses, and other financial details
- Manage multiple clients while maintaining required talent headcount for each
- Provide exceptional candidate and client service to ensure a positive stakeholder experience
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to payroll processes and state taxes
