- Enter and update invoice data in spreadsheets for billing review.
- Coordinate with Payroll, Accounting, and Client Delivery teams to ensure billing accuracy.
- Review, investigate, and resolve billing or data discrepancies.
- Audit timekeeping and billing details to maintain accurate invoices.
- Validate invoice information and coordinate corrections with internal teams.
- Perform weekly audits to confirm proper distribution of billing receivables.
- Handle client questions and support timely invoice approvals.
- Assist in preparing billing reports, data entry tasks, and documentation.
- Maintain updated billing records and contact information.
- Support process changes, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when needed.
- Perform other billing and administrative tasks as required.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 6 months of administrative experience, preferably in an accounting or payroll department (local experience accepted; US experience not required).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of financial reporting, invoice processing, problem solving, and data discrepancy audits.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is an advantage.
