- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with PCS Payment’s business objectives, encompassing product promotions, merchant acquisition, brand awareness, and customer engagement. This includes planning and monitoring both online and offline initiatives—such as social media campaigns, SEO efforts, and strategic events like product launches or merchant activations—to create cohesive brand experiences across all touchpoints.
- Leverage tools such as Google Analytics and other performance measurement platforms to continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, enabling data-driven refinements and optimization.
- Ensure consistent brand identity by upholding clear visual and messaging guidelines across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to proactively adjust strategies, maximize impact, and drive sustainable growth in PCS Payment’s market presence
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role, preferably in the financial or technology or fintech sectors.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.
- Ability to interpret data, taking insight, and make recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively
- Creativity and a strong eye for detail.
- Preferably has experience and knowledge in POS (Point of Sales)
