- Developing and executing marketing strategies and sales plans to promote products effectively.
- Allocating and managing budgets for marketing campaigns and sales activities.
- Leading and guiding a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve targets.
- Conducting market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and competitors, and using this data to guide marketing decisions.
- Acting as the face of the brand and ensuring that all sales and marketing efforts align with the company's vision and branding.
- Negotiating with clients, distributors, or partners to secure deals or contracts.
- Setting performance goals, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and taking corrective actions as needed.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree graduate of any IT related course
- With 1-2 years' experience as Product Sales in IT Industry
- Exposure in different types of networks and switches.
- Amenable to work in E. Rodriguez, Cubao, QC (4 days onsite; 1 day WFH)
