• Build PCs according to customer preference.
• Manage and improve the company's inventory/merchandise situation.
• Addressing customer technical concerns.
• Diagnose claimed defective items and coordinate with customer and supplier.
• Analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Placing inventory orders and tracking shipment.
• Resolve network issues.
• Prepare all the supplies and technical equipment needed for build.
• Manage technical equipment and materials as needed.
• Installation, repair, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Receive and unload new shipments.
• Stay up to date with merchandise/products, especially new products
• Perform other duties as assigned by superior.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Candidate must possess strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills, with good communication and presentation abilities. Must be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
