What You’ll Do
As a Business Acquisitions Associate at Olern, you will be a growth catalyst. You’ll:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities – you’ll target SMEs across industries who are ready to embrace AI, automation and learning-driven growth.
- Build and nurture strong client and partner relationships – you’ll engage with decision-makers, understand their business challenges, and position Olern as their growth partner.
- Conduct meaningful market research – spot trends, underserved segments, and expansion opportunities in the SME market in the Philippines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally – work with product, marketing and solution teams to craft customized proposals and packages that align with clients’ needs and Olern’s value.
- Deliver compelling presentations and negotiate deals – you’ll help prospects understand how Olern’s platform and AI-apps can boost sales, streamline operations, upskill their teams and deliver ROI.
- Close deals and meet revenue/target-KPIs – you’ll own the full acquisition lifecycle and drive measurable growth for Olern.
- Stay ahead of the curve – keep updated on industry/technology shifts (AI, SaaS for SMEs, automation) and help feed insights into Olern’s go-to-market strategy.
Kualifikasi Minimum
What We’re Looking For
We welcome both early-career professionals hungry for growth and seasoned hunters who want to make a major impact. You’ll succeed if you have:
- Experience in business development, sales or client acquisition (preferably in SaaS, learning/edtech, automation or SME-focused solutions).
- Strong understanding of SaaS or tech-driven business models (familiarity with stakeholders in SMEs is a plus).
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client/partner relationships.
- A results-oriented mindset, self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in account management, enterprise sales, partner/alliances development.
- Knowledge of AI/smart automation solutions, learning/training platforms, or Philippine SME market dynamics.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies in learning, AI, or process automation.
