About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Technician / Engineer to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems across our facilities. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with various AC systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various Air Conditioning Units (ACU)
- Monitor system performance including refrigerant levels, leak detection, and drainage systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance for all assigned ACU units
- Inspect and maintain approximately 60–70 units across facilities
- Perform electrical checks including capacitor testing
- Handle mechanical repairs such as compressors, fan motors, and expansion valves
- Diagnose issues with thermostats, magnetic contactors, and control boards
- Carry out ducting and insulation work when needed
- Maintain and service AHU (Air Handling Units) and FCU (Fan Coil Units)
- Keep accurate maintenance logs and reports
- Support additional technical tasks as required
- Be available for overtime, especially during urgent or emergency cases

Kualifikasi Minimum
- 8–10 years of experience as an HVAC / AC Technician
- Experienced with Split Type, Chiller, Concealed, and VRF systems\
- Must have DomRAC NC II Certification
- Background in residential, commercial, or mall environments is highly preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Service vehicle is a plus but not required
- Willing to work extended hours when needed
