Horticulturist | Greenhouse & Farm Operations  

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Greenhouse Horticulturist / Crop Production Specialist to support our controlled-environment farming operations and partner farms. This role combines horticulture, agronomy, and data analysis to improve crop yield, quality, and post-harvest performance.

You will be responsible for field data collection, crop performance analysis, and supporting production optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct farm visits and build strong relationships with partner farms
• Collect and analyze agronomic and crop production data
• Maintain and improve farm records for forecasting and planning
• Develop crop calendars, succession plans, and yield projections
• Monitor crop performance in greenhouse and controlled-environment systems
• Research crop varieties and assess performance in production settings
• Support post-harvest handling, storage, and quality improvement studies
• Collaborate with production, packaging, and dispatch teams
• Translate field data into actionable insights for farm optimization

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, or related field (Horticulture specialization preferred)
• 2–3+ years of experience in:
• Crop husbandry
• Crop protection
• Greenhouse / controlled-environment agriculture
• Vertical farming (an advantage)
• Strong skills in data recording, analysis, and reporting
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work onsite in Itogon, Benguet
