- Generate Delivery Receipts based on the daily dispatch schedule.
- Maintain a Summary of Deliveries per project to reflect what quantities have been delivered and remain to be delivered.
- Communicate delivery statuses to all internal customers.
- Schedule inter-island shipping and external trucking delivery requirements with third-party suppliers as necessary.
- Produce other administrative and ad hoc reports to support logistics activities.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
- One (1) year working experience in the related field is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Must be hardworking, honest and responsible.
- Can work with minimum supervision.
- Possesses good communication and people skills.
