Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Growth Associate to support key business growth initiatives across partnerships, marketing, and operations. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who is eager to learn, enjoys solving problems, and wants exposure to different areas of a fast-growing startup.
The Growth Associate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to help identify opportunities, support strategic projects, build relationships with clients and candidates, and contribute to the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and researching potential clients, partners, and business opportunities.
- Support outreach efforts through email, phone, social media, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients and partners.
- Assist in managing and maintaining business development and recruitment pipelines.
- Gather, organize, and analyze data to support growth initiatives and decision-making.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Support marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Help improve internal processes and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management.
- Perform other business growth and administrative tasks as assigned.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, Psychology, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in business development, sales, marketing, operations, customer success, project coordination, or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
