We are looking for a strategic and driven Senior Sales / Account Manager to lead our business development and client success efforts in the Philippines. This individual will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company’s go-to-market strategy, from identifying and closing new enterprise accounts to nurturing and building long-term client relationships.
You’ll be at the frontline of Moongig’s mission—growing our client base of hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities, and ensuring their satisfaction through high-touch account management.
Job Description
- Sales Leadership

Own the full B2B sales cycle: from lead generation and pitching, to negotiation and closing.

Identify new opportunities in the healthcare and allied sectors.

Develop client-specific proposals and pricing strategies aligned with Moongig’s solutions

Account Management

Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.

Serve as the main point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with operations to ensure client requirements are met post-sale.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

Track competitor activity and industry trends to inform sales strategy.

Provide feedback to leadership and product teams on client needs and market demand.

Team Collaboration

Work cross-functionally with recruitment, marketing, and tech to deliver end-to-end client value.

Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to the development of a strong sales culture.

Kualifikasi Minimum
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in healthcare, tech, or staffing.
- Experience with and/or relationships within hospitals and clinics, particularly with HR departments.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the Philippine healthcare or HR/staffing landscape is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
