Deskripsi Pekerjaan

We are looking for a strategic and driven Senior Sales / Account Manager to lead our business development and client success efforts in the Philippines. This individual will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company’s go-to-market strategy, from identifying and closing new enterprise accounts to nurturing and building long-term client relationships.

You’ll be at the frontline of Moongig’s mission—growing our client base of hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities, and ensuring their satisfaction through high-touch account management.

Job Description

  • Sales Leadership
    • Own the full B2B sales cycle: from lead generation and pitching, to negotiation and closing.

    • Identify new opportunities in the healthcare and allied sectors.

    • Develop client-specific proposals and pricing strategies aligned with Moongig’s solutions

  • Account Management

    • Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.

    • Serve as the main point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

    • Collaborate with operations to ensure client requirements are met post-sale.

  • Market Intelligence & Strategy

    • Track competitor activity and industry trends to inform sales strategy.

    • Provide feedback to leadership and product teams on client needs and market demand.

  • Team Collaboration

    • Work cross-functionally with recruitment, marketing, and tech to deliver end-to-end client value.

    • Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to the development of a strong sales culture.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in healthcare, tech, or staffing.
  • Experience with and/or relationships within hospitals and clinics, particularly with HR departments.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of the Philippine healthcare or HR/staffing landscape is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
