People Site Operations Project Staff  

Job Description:

Assist the People Site Operations team in sourcing, initial screening, and onboarding of the candidates; compiles and updates applicants records in the database to ensure smooth flow of application process. Assist in planning, organizing and implementing employee engagement activities for the site.

Qualifications:

• Has a degree in Psychology, Human Resource, or its equivalent
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Open to fresh graduates
• Work location: Santa Rosa, Laguna
