- Lead, coach, and motivate the appliance sales team and sales promodisers to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Manage and develop dealers nationwide, maintaining strong relationships and driving dealer sales performance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase aircon sales, revenue, profitability, and market share
- Set and monitor sales targets for the sales team, promodisers, and dealers; take corrective action when targets are not met
- Manage team performance, attendance, productivity, discipline, and overall sales execution
- Ensure sales staff and promodisers maintain strong product knowledge and effectively present aircon features, benefits, pricing, promotions, and installation requirements
- Monitor promodiser deployment and performance across assigned stores, branches, and dealer locations
- Monitor dealer sales, inventory, product movement, and sell-in/sell-out performance
- Identify new dealer opportunities and strengthen the company's nationwide dealer network
- Coordinate with dealers regarding orders, pricing, promotions, inventory, merchandising, delivery, installation, warranty, and after-sales concerns
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field preferred
- 3–5 years of sales management/supervisory experience in the appliance industry, with direct aircon experience
- Must have experience handling and selling air-conditioning products
- Experience managing dealers, sales teams, and promodisers is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of aircon products, brands, specifications, capacity/HP, inverter/non-inverter units, and basic installation requirements
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and people-management skills
- Firm, disciplined, and results-oriented, with a firm-but-fair management style
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Willing to travel nationwide (if required)
